Refund policy
Effective 11 October 2026
Bought in the app (App Store). Apple bills subscriptions bought in the Kaeru app and handles their refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Kaeru cannot refund App Store purchases.
Bought on our website. For Kaeru Plus bought on kaeru-jp.app and paid through Stripe, we refund the unused part of your current subscription period (a prorated refund). To ask, email support@kaeru-jp.app from the email address of your Kaeru account.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. For App Store purchases, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. For website purchases, write to support@kaeru-jp.app. Kaeru Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
